This restored stone house of 130 m2 on two floors, is located among the fields of a 30 ha propriety, in Lot et Garonne , not far away from Duras and Eymet (10 minutes). The house is quiet and well equipped for families, near a hiking trail that leads to the forest.

Doubled glazed windows throughout the house, double doors from the dining room open onto a covered open dining veranda, with a private grounds of 3000 m2, and an exclusive  swimming pool 10m x 5m secured to the rear of the house.

The cottage has a garden, a barbecue, and a swimming pool with sun beds, parasols, and a swing for children. 

The pool cleaning, the filter, is made by the owner every morning before 9am, small dirt on the surface can be picked up with the thread provided for this purpose by the tenant in the absence of the owner.The robot vacuum cleaner is given in the evening from 21:30 by the owner to perform the night in pool cleaning. If by case tenants want to enjoy the pool at night, this is possible.
